  Rodger was the best. Turned up within 10 minutes of me requesting help, and ensured everything was dealt with safely and efficiently. Will absolutely use Fox City’s Towing in the future (hopefully won’t need to😂)

  Travis is amazing! I was about to buy a new battery because I thought mine was dead, but he took the time to actually check it and noticed the connection was just loose. He tightened it up and had me back on the road in no time, saving me over $200. I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. Thank you, Travis — you absolutely made my day!

  Had to have my 4x4 towed due to ball joint issues. The vehicle was not stable. Called dispatch to inform them that if they were bringing a two wheel tow truck they would need to ensure they had wheel dollies for the front wheels. Not to mention, it is a 4x4 truck. It should not be towed that way PERIOD. Doing so can cause damage to the transfer case and differential. Also, it is strictly stated in the owners manual of my vehicle that it is NOT ALLOWED. So, what do they do? Lift the rear tires and tow it without dollies. Thank you so much for listening to your customers. I spoke to the operations manager who was honestly no help and responded with “we tow thousands of cars, we know what we are doing” if you knew what you were doing, you would know that you cannot tow a 4 wheel drive vehicle on a two wheel lift. She also said “I honestly do not want to have this conversation right now”. Unfortunately, this is what you chose for your line of work. Nobody made that decision for you. I wanted my vehicle transported safely without causing further damage. If I didn’t, I would have just drove it home myself. Now I get to hope that I don’t have any transmission issues, and that the ball joint that was already bad didn’t cause any further damage considering the tow truck driver decided to put the entire weight of my truck onto the front end for 13 miles.
