- JBJo BDec 19, 20251.0Heard clunking while driving after a brake job at Accel. I took my car to a different mechanic for an oil change and to diagnose the sound. They found this under my car near the wheel where the brakes were done by Accel.
- JJJennaNov 8, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a brake wear light on my dash that needed a simple brake pad and rotor change on all four wheels. I had Accel do it because they said they could get it done quickly but after several times bringing my car in, my dash lights are still on and other things have been broken and tampered with. The owner had extremely poor communication and when I questioned more things breaking on the vehicle, he screamed at me in the parking lot and tampered with wires underneath my vehicle when I asked him not to touch my vehicle anymore. I now have to bring my car in somewhere else to fix all of their mistakes. Absolutely horrible experience here and would absolutely never recommend.

Called them for roadside, they said they can work on paccar engines, they got there after 2 hrs, hooked up computer (improper equipment). They didn't have equipment they said, they had some basic tools from ebay. Did 10 minutes check and told me they can't help and charged us $426 for that. They were threatening to me and my driver they will impound the truck if we don't pay. These guys shouldn't be in the business, wish them all the worst in their lives.

Over an hour later I was soaked to the bone from rain and almost shut down. Nothing. Just call Matt in first place and save yourself. Job done right now!
