  It really sucks to leave a negative review for a place that has such kind employees. This was my first time ever going to Mister Car wash. And I’ll take the blame for not totally researching the fact that they do not provide anything but an exterior wash and a vacuum. I’ve never been to a car wash at this level that didn’t have rags available. Windex spray. Or all-purpose cleaner. Simply a way to wipe down the outside of your car even. I cannot imagine why anybody would buy a monthly membership here compared to tsunami or other car washes. Really quite disappointed. I asked for a refund and it was denied. Which I can kind of understand because I did get the exterior car washed. I can tell by other posts that have similar complaints that they are going to apologize and share how much the valued feedback means. And yet the manager told me there’s nothing they’re going to do to change it though. So whoever runs the social media, please don’t leave a comment on mine, it’s not necessary if you’re not going to fix anything.
