    This location has awesome employees who are friendly and helpful, and the guy who "feeds" the vehicles into the wash area loves his job and makes it feel like you're at an amusement park - well, me anyway... lol! I'm glad I purchased the "anytime" plan. Convenient and easy.

    It was my first time here. Stopped in on 12/26 around 4-430. I chatted with one of the employees Ahmad—to which I will say he answered all my questions. I was trying to see if they could do a full retrack for and underbody rinse as I have an older vehicle that has corroded parts. And I wanted to prevent any further breakage. I clarified with him that I didn’t want any brushes or anything of that sort touching my car to which he said—yeah it won’t. Prior to entering to select my car wash opt I was told it would be $10. Then he met me with $14. I asked isn’t there an opt if I just want only an under body rinse—it just didn’t make sense for me to pay $14 if I didn’t want all the other things included. To which he said no—okay. The issue becomes when Ahmad goes to communicate with Marquese about what I’ll be getting for my vehicle. The no brushes touching and scratch off the extra stuff that the $14 car wash offers as I only want an underbody rinse. I get on the track thingy per usual lined myself up marquese told me to keep moving forward, then stop. Eventually I’m told to put my car in neutral. A car was in front of me barely going in so I had to wait a sec. As I thought I’m getting ready to get sent in. I get told to put my car in park and to hold my brake. However at one point my car kept moving, and I was told by marquese to keep my foot on the brake (which it was….) so not sure what took place on your guys end. It eventually stops and the wheel gets a lift like 3 x. He counted down like 2-3x before I got sent in eventually. I had to ask as he was counting down—literally no clue if I’d be sent into the wash yet or not. Without explaining if I had to put my vehicle back in neutral or what, especially since this was my first time getting a full retrack wash so no clue what the loading process is. My vehicle was shifted towards the right as I was on the track and eventually realigns as I get sent in. He eventually says yes and before sending me through without checking in says “you’re upgraded to platinum wash on us.” Which meant nothing to me as I just wanted underbody rinse. As soon as I see the brushes start…yeah I was extremely pissed. Eventually Ahmad met me at the vaccums to check in. And typical “how can we make it right?” Pretty much was given 3 free vouchers to future washes. To which I had asked him what went wrong and said it was “out of their control” and “he wasn’t sure.” And said we can “follow up” next time I’m here. Which I thought was poor customer service. The most appropriate thing could have been “hey, we can find out and then shoot you a call to let you know.” I did let him know throughout our convo various times “how will I know this won’t happen again?” To which he just met me with again “how can we make it right.” I accepted the vouchers as this if all he offered as a solution— which required their managers signature. Ahmad could have touched base with his manager Thadden to figure out a more effective solution that addressed my concerns. Yet this didn’t take place. So many opportunities to “make it right” for me here—yet that wasn’t the case. Manager could have came out to apologize and immediately say what took place, if not find out, educate staff for future occurrences.
