Were they tell me that I had to move being parking in handicap me being handicap I had to walk and risk a falling a few distance from the Business upon going inside. I was going to make a former complaint and the former complaint were not there. They did not want to provide me any information from me to make this the right way they contact the District Manager. District Manager did not understand where I was coming from he said believe me that I will do my side not going to believe you. I don’t know you one number two a policy says they’re supposed to be plowed before Business starts. Pictures are louder than words. Also my attorneys are going to make an investigation why they did not provide me the names of the supervisor or manager in the store. an investigation will be processed all employees that say they were managers.
