  We are from out of town and were experiencing car troubles. Unfortunately it was after the service department had closed but the sales department was still open. Brady B. from Sales Department literally drove us to our daughter's house across town as Enterprise Car rental at airport had no cars available. We have never been to Gandrud before and just met Brady tonight and he went above and beyond for us. I can't say enough about Brady and Gandrud. Highly recommend Brady B. to anyone who is looking to buy a car!!!

  I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. What should have been a simple 30-minute oil change turned into a 3+ hour ordeal. I specifically scheduled this appointment to have my oil tested. I mentioned it when booking, and I reminded them twice when I arrived. Despite that, they drained my oil and dumped it without ever taking a sample. Then it gets worse. After waiting over 3 hours, they finished the job and told me I was good to go. I asked to check the dipstick, and the oil level was overfilled! They had to take it back and drain some out. When I brought up the oil test, they took a sample of the brand new oil they just put in. That is completely pointless and shows a total lack of understanding of what they are even doing. This is now the third bad experience I’ve had here. When I was making the appointment I was sure to ask if they had everything in stock because last time they didn't & had to go somewhere to pick it up. I was told not to worry. Yet when I showed up, they drained my oil without even having the stuff in stock, leaving me stranded without oil while I waited 2+ hours for them to get some oil across town. (Mind you this same incident happend last time, so I told them to make sure they had the oil this time when I was making the appointment, they confirmed that everything would be ready, IT WAS NOT!) I received a discount of $50, which I appreate, but I still missed out on the oil test & my time felt waisted.

  I had a engine light blinking on my Ram Truck I bought a year ago. Took it into the service garage and Jeremy Stichman took care of me. I only wanted whatever the powertrain warranty covered fixed, Nothing else and no hidden charges. Jeremy was straightforward with me from the start which I very much appreciate. He scheduled an appointment for my truck the very next morning. He made sure to call me and update me with what was wrong with my truck and made sure I knew it was covered under my warranty. 11 out of 10 stars for me. The mechanics had my truck in and out. A very acceptable experience for a dealership! It was so easy. Having a warranty on my next vehicle is a must.
