The world needs more Ms. Vicky's she is so nice to work with beyond super customer service extremely knowledgeable about products and service.   Communication wasn't the greatest and i dont recommend using gerber. Not knowledgeable just looking for easy way out.

  Nice people but they’ve had my car for a week and a half and have no idea when it will be completed for a relatively simple body repair.

  After hitting a deer Gerber handled the repair which was extensive including all the sensors new cars have. Garrett and Bailey were very easy to deal with and kept us well informed along the way. The repairs were done in excellent fashion. The front license plate was bent in a crazy way and even that was perfectly straightened out. I can't say enough about what a good experience we had working with Gerber.
