  These people don’t accept walk-in service and I tried to make an appointment and it have to be by phone. I do the appointment and I have to wait a whole week cause they’re busy doing nothing I go that day that the appointment is scheduled and these people have my name wrong and they messed up on the day of the schedule. I was wasting my time and money for a service that they even give me and I have to reschedule an appointment when there were the one that messed up and then you got a guy named Jeremy with an awful face and a bad attitude. This place is garbage.

  First time buying from Gandrud. Alex was awesome on helping us get the vehicle we were looking for and has helped with any questions we had about the vehicle after the purchase. Would recommend Gandrud and ask for Alex

  I went to Gandrud for an oil change on 2/21/26 explained I had an oil leak. Technician said they would take a look. Once the oil change was completed, no mention of the oil leak, therefore I had to ask the young man about the oil leak. He asked the technician and said nothing was leaking. I took their word and $86 later I left. I did have an appointment in 2/24/26 for brakes at a different auto shop and was told I had an oil leak and it was the engine oil filter adapter. I called Gandrud on 2/25/26 to have a technician inspection the oil leak. The reception took down my name and number to have a service advisor return my call. Two hours later no call, still no call, so I tried to get someone in the service department before I had to go to work. Just trying to get the service department was a horrible experience including getting hung up twice. Needless to say, I called Bergstrom in Kaukauna, was forwarded to the service department, and an appointment was made for 2/26/26. I did receive a call back from a service advisor at 4:00pm. 2/26/26, I am at Bergstrom and waiting for the diagnosis for my vehicle. It was verified the engine oil filter adapter is leaking, but now it was recommended to perform an oil change because the oil needs to be drained to replace the parts. I am an unhappy and frustrated customer. This could have been avoided if the technician would have been competent and listened to the customers concerns AND/OR if he was not sure, ask someone with more experience. Asking someone does not mean you are less capable, it does make a person become more knowledgeable. Life is about learning, no matter how old a person is. So, in a nutshell, my oil change is going to cost me approximately $150.

  Absolute worst parts department ever. They are rude and dont give a dam if you get your parts or not. Their inventory is off by miles. When we order anything its a 20% chance we will actualy get it when we are supposed to. God forbid they call you and tell you somethings on hold ever.

  I brought my 2024 Ram ProMaster with under 15,000 miles in for service regarding a missing cargo partition. I spoke with Service Manager Mike and Service Advisor Jared. I was informed they would not service the vehicle and was told to return to the dealership where it was purchased. As a commercial logistics company, this was disappointing. I expected a Ram dealership to at least inspect the vehicle or provide guidance. Being refused service was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope management reviews how commercial customers are handled in the future.
