Kasey in sales and Eirk in finance department were both great. We did 90% of all the work via phone and text and when it came time to finish things up at the dealership it was so smooth. They were open to all questions and made it a no pressure experience buying a vehicle. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience as usual, we have all our maintenance done here at Gandrud . My only complaint about service at Gandrud is the automated system they got handling phone calls and appointments, to put it plainly it sucks. It should not take 15 - 20 min. To get a appointment set up for a simple oil change. When they text you back about said appt., is it a live person texting or a computer texting. Either way it should not take 5,10,15 minutes to reply back to me, about said appointment.

My husband and I had Lynette as our salesperson. I have to be honest, we went in not expecting to buy a car but just looking, but Lynette convinced us we would be doing the right thing by buying the car we did at this time. She was very helpful, extremely supportive and friendly. I had some personal issues I was dealing with and she totally understood. I told her I would love to have her as a next door neighbor and I just met her. Lynette is a great asset to the Grandrud family.

Great service. Thank you Jared and his team. One of my pick up truck broke down on the road and this dealership did all the best to repair the truck at the same day. Our driver from different state and we had to return him home because of holiday. So, they took our car without appointment, did all repairs very fast. Thank you . Very appreciate you and repair personnel . Only 5 stars, i wish I could put more stars. Thank you again.
