On a day where everything was going wrong (car breaking down hours from home, repair shop closed, tow-truck delays) Brenda and Richard were beyond helpful and kind. My son and I ended up at the (very) wrong spot to pick up our rental, and both Brenda and Richard helped get us where we needed to be, and helped make sure that we got our rental at the check-in desk. Thank you to both of them, and the entire Enterprise team at the Green Bay airport!
