It is hard to find a decent mechanic shop in Green Bay, Car-X is not good. I walked in needing breaks in the front of my sedan and while taking down the wheels it seemed to me like they crushed the caliper as they took it apart and said this is how it was. I walked in the back of the shop and noticed it appeared very likely to be to freshly damaged, crushed with a hammer, piston compression tool, a chisel, or who knows what, on a corner, with small pieces still sitting there. The way it looked it would not have not hung around a block if I were driving like that, with breaks pads vibrating and gripping the a fast moving disk. The small pieces had no rust, they were completely clean as if it just broke. That car does not get a lot of use, let alone abuse to have a break like that. I was calm but did not believe their story and they were confrontational about it. At one point they told me to go a complain to corporate if I wanted, what are you going to do. I was stuck with a damaged car in worse condition than I drove in and because they now told me that the car will not drive like that, I was forced to pay for replacing the newly damaged parts. Improvement suggestion: 1) Own your mistakes 2) Be more cordial to customers

Antonio was the only place open on a Saturday, got the car right in, and evaluated the problem quickly. He kept me updated with calls all evening, and explained things really well for someone who is not car savvy. We were able to pick up the car the next day, he provided guidance on what to do on the 8 hour drive home, and was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone in need!!
