I brought my problematic Kia in this past week and not only did they get to it super quickly and efficiently, they helped me understand the problem and point me in the right direction when a different problem came up that is ultimately out of our hands. We’ve now taken both our vehicles here and we consider ourselves loyal customers. It really makes a difference when the people working here are thoughtful, funny, and kind. The world can be such a cruel place and everyone is fighting their own battles. So when something goes wrong with your vehicle it can be so stressful. These people get that and they really seem like they want to help. We’re glad for that. Thank you!

I had an issue with a new (used) vehicle we bought and had it towed there in the ice storm (we couldn’t open the hood due to ice) and basically a cable came loose off the battery. They didn’t charge me. Thanked me for the easy fix and told me to take it easy. They could’ve charged me $100 or $200 and made some stuff up, but they didn’t. I love these guys and probably should’ve married a mechanic.
