- TKTwyla Koch6 days ago1.0My husband just wanted replacement blades for our Equinox but the employee kept asking if it was 4 wheel drive which it IS NOT. The employee kept insisting that Equinox’s are all 4WD. Which they ARE NOT. The auto zone emp. actually accused my husband of not knowing his own car! Husband is quite knowledgeable about his vehicle. Will not be shopping in this place again as there are others out there with actual experience and good customer service expertise. This was NOT the first time he and others around us have had trouble with this store. All other times we’ve gotten the wrong part and had to keep bringing items back for the right item. If you want a place that actually know anything about cars don’t go here.

- BSBryan SDec 2, 20251.0Incredibly rude customer service from the tall white guy with the 1990s style goatee today. Refused to sell me a battery that the Autozone website said would fit on my car. Showed him on my phone that it said it would fit yet he claimed his computer was more accurate than their website. Went to the East Side Autozone store and they were super friendly and installed the battery for me since I was on a time crunch.

I had to drive to this location because it was the only one that had the parts I needed. He looked for 5 minutes and told me he couldn’t find it and wasn’t going to look anymore but it was in the store somewhere. Pretty ridiculous customer service.
