I thought this may have been caused by overdue oil change. Well, that was not the case. Turns out, one of the PVC plugs was clogged and there was an issue with my timing chain bolt so the chain was going to need to be replaced. The explanation provided to me was thorough and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient. The fix was more than expected, however understandable when I understood the work that was required. We are extremely satisfied with the work and the service was good. And the Equinox now drives smooth.

The cost ended up being less that Autozone quoted me for the part alone. Will absolutely be going back.

I called Jeremy at Auto Select on 12/29/25 and said bring in the 2012 Chev Pick up truck that afternoon.. They put the analyzer and determined a sensor related to the steering needed replacing. The thing I appreciated is they could fit me in right away. They allowed me to take a loaner vehicle home. By 9am the next morning the issue was repaired and I noticed improvement in the steering. Thanks Jeremy and the repair crew for keeping me safe and my vehicle running without a long wait for service ! Mark
