Staff is friendly in the moment but unreachable if you leave something in the rental car by accident. I left a radar detector behind and have had no luck getting someone to acknowledge by messages. They do not answer the phone so why even put the local number on your reciept. I am starting to assume that my device is gone to some employees home and no chance they will call me back
