I called to see if he could help me with my windshield washer tubing that I broke when I lifted the hood on my car too hard and fast last winter. He said that he could and that I could stop by right away. He looked at it and started working at it with confidence. In no time he had it fixed for me. Thank you Steve!

Told them it was the wrong one and they looked for 15 minutes and then admitted to not having it but said they could have it by Sunday. It’s now Sunday and I called beforehand to make sure that they had the gasket and they said they did so I drove across town to go pick it up and they tried to offer me one that’s already been opened(and possibly half installed for all I know), after I told them I paid for a new one so I’d like a new one they told me it won’t be here until tomorrow(even though they’ve now had two days to get the gasket from the Appleton store 30 mins away…)so I’ll have to drive across town for a third time to pick it up tomorrow (if they actually have it). Customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
