- TBTom Bowman4 days ago1.0I came there to get an oil change at eleven thirty today.To be turned away saying they were closing. The website said they were open and the website still said they were open at one o'clock. That being said I waited an hour of my time driving there to only drive back home.
- YYYaniJan 6, 20265.0I stopped into Valvoline Instant Oil Change just to get new windshield wipers and ended up having a really great experience. The manager, Dalton, was extremely kind and patient and immediately helped troubleshoot why my windshield wipers weren’t working properly in the first place. He even tried different windshield wipers on my car to help figure out the issue and went straight to the solution. The whole team was friendly and helpful, and they all took a look at my car. They noticed a tiny, dot-sized chip in my windshield from a rock and referred me to a place that could fix it, which I really appreciated. Dalton never made me feel bad for not noticing it and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell this location genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just selling a service. Dalton especially stood out for being honest, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. Highly recommend! Next time I stop in, I’m bringing donuts haha 🍩

First, please note… you have to sit in your car during the oil change. In the winter. And it’s cold. Second, it took them a longer time than what is usual and when they gave my “sticker” for the window, the mileage to next oil change was 3,000 miles. My car needs an oil change every 10,000 miles. Hmmmm… And finally, when I questioned them about it, one of the servicemen smirked and laughed in my face. Another was nice enough to try to explain. Quite honestly, it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

They also told me my headlight was out so I asked if they could fix it. The guy tried to but then said he couldn't figure it out and he left it.
