I needed an oil change but also asked them to look at my brakes because I thought they might be getting thin. They did so and informed me that my brakes have a lot of life left in them and wouldn't need to be replaced for at least another year. The team here could easily have tried to net an easy win by replacing my brakes before they needed (since I asked them to look at them, after all), but they were honest and told me I'm good to go for now. The oil change was also super-fast, and Brooklyn was very kind. Bottom line is it was an outstanding first visit to this Jiffy Lube, and they'll now be my default place for our family's four cars.

I would not recommend coming here for a quick service. I also found that they were more expensive than other places I have been to. Head somewhere else, unless you don't mind waiting awhile.
