- MKMark K4 days ago5.0We brought an Audi A6 2017 3.0T in for a pre buy inspection, Mark and staff was incredibly easy to work with and explained the service in-depth. After about 90 minutes they gave us a full car fax report and explained every issue on the car with photo evidence. The level of organization and customer service in both the shop, and lobby was insane. Bring your European vehicle here or anything!

- DODana OlivasMar 11, 20265.0This is our second visit to the Grafton location and I love that they send an inspection report with pictures that prioritize what is current and future needs. I took my son's Audi in for a check engine and they didn't even charge me for the diagnostic after not finding any codes. But still did a thorough review of the vehicle and gave pricing with labor for future needs. Our first experience they also rectified and didn't charge labor on a fix that they definitely could have but as a courtesy they chose not too which I thought really spoke well of their customer experience and care. I recommend them for a trusted place that does a great job! And the staff is super nice!
