There was a bit of a wait, as this was Saturday, but a team member came right out and checked in with me as soon as I pulled up. They estimated a 30 minute wait and were spot on. Excellent experience all around!

After waiting over an hour, a customer who arrived after me complained, and staff skipped me to take him first. The manager openly admitted this was done because the other customer was upset. Waiting was never the problem. Being intentionally skipped was. They knew it was wrong and did it anyway. While I was given a free oil change and a coupon, integrity and doing the right thing matter most to me, and that cannot be bought. I also want to note that once you are in line, it is extremely difficult to leave—there is no way to back out when in line because there are other cars behind you and no exit except through the shop. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
