- TSTroy StoffletFeb 21, 20265.0I had such a difficult time with my wives 2013 chevy malibu battery replacement. The sales associate Jackson Cain from the Grafton loaction was very professional and was patient with replacing the battery in her vehicle. This is not an easy battery to get out. He refused to take any form of a tip from me. Made things so much better for my wife and I. Will continue to be a lifetime customer because of this experience. Thank you
