  the car we got was nice but the lady who went over it at pick up was very thorough on explaining the how to's with the gas cover, trunk, etc.

  The service was good and the staff was professional; however, it seemed they were short-staffed. My husband and I were satisfied with the vehicle.

  This is my second experience with this location, and once again, everything went smoothly. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the pickup quick and easy. I really appreciate the level of customer service here — they make the whole rental experience stress-free. Returning the vehicle was just as simple and efficient. A special thank you to Chris — he was incredibly helpful. His approach is very attentive and timely, and he truly takes great care of his customers. I will definitely continue using this location in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

  The 'store' was incredibly busy on pickup and drop off, but the staff were really helpful and attentive to everyone. Dylan was great!!
