  I had an appointment at 3 to check two tires for a slow leak. They told me they overbooked (they literally made the appt for me), and the car won’t be ready until 530. I called at 545 and the girl said she’s alone and can’t pull my car out, I have to pick it up the next day. So I had to miss work to pick up today, and they never even looked at my car. Literally all they had to do was throw the tire in a bucket of water and two days later, it’s still sitting there. Everyone’s excuse was “I wasn’t here yesterday “ or, “im just filling in”. I own 5 cars and have spent literally thousands at this store getting new tires every 3 years. I will go to Costco from now on. Your store is a literal train wreck. I wish I could give zero stars. And you owe me a day of pay for the work I had to miss.

  Scheduled an appointment online to have a tire patched this afternoon and called to ask a followup question. I brought my car in, then was told that despite my appointment that they were too busy today to take care of my tire. They never called me to tell that appointment had to rescheduled or anything. Very frustrating.

  Recently had my 3-year-old company vehicle in for four new tires. Immediately upon getting the vehicle back I had a TPMS sensor that was not reading. Subsequent scanning showed they had also not relearned the sensor locations, as the dash indicated a different wheel location than their scan tool. I believe they likely damaged the sensor on the machine while changing tires. They insist it was a faulty sensor. They charged $100 to put a new sensor in and did not have the old faulty one to return to me, Only providing a picture of the sensor on my wheel... No way of knowing whether it was new or old. We will be taking our fleet business elsewhere.

  They cancelled two appointments before I finally had the third for new tired and alignment. After, the van still pulls to the left and the steering wheel shakes at 70mph. I scheduled to take it back in but wanted to know why there was almost 6 oz of weights on the rim and near the valve stem. He said that's what the machine said to do. One rim had three weights stacked together 1.0, 1.5, and 1.0 and he said the machine said to do this. I asked if they will rotate the tire on the rim and rebalance and he said no. Now add in them being rude through this whole process. I am not never going back there. I will pay again to get it done right elsewhere.
