He told me all the items recommended for the age of my vehicle and had my visit completed in a timely manner. He was intelligent regarding his knowledge and helped me turn the oil light off as well as line up above his coworker Malachi in the trench. I will return next time to this location with my other vehicle as well.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: The technician that checked the air cabin filter didn't properly insert the new filter. I had my son (who previously worked at Valvoline) look into why my heat wasn't coming thru the vents very well, only to find the plastic cover not on, in fact it was just tossed up there without being screwed back into place, and also, screw is gone, its nowhere to be found. And the technician put the filter in sideways. Just jammed it in, and didn't bother to care that it was sideways. My son was able to dislodge the filter and put it in the correct way however my heat and air flow is still not working properly. I'm now wondering why he hadn't charged me anything for this filter that was priced at 59.99. Originally stating he could give me a 20.00 discount. However, upon reviewing my invoice that specific filter he replaced is not listed nor mentioned on my invoice? I am heading back to this location to speak to a manager regarding this issue, just to make it known that these technicians should really receive proper training before being expected to do this part of the service.
