- BBbhs15billApr 25, 20262.0First time trying this place and probably be the last. People were friendly, but for $26 didn’t clean very well. My passenger side doesn’t look like it was fully touched, roof still has bird poop, and bumper still has bugs over it.

- BGBrittany GentherApr 20, 20265.0I went through the carwash and because of the shape of my vehicle, the wash didn't quite get it all. The manager allowed me to go back through. Then one half of the vacuums were not working so I simply moved to the other side and they gave me a free microfiber towel for my troubles. Both the manager and the other staff member we worked with were very friendly and helpful. Things don't always work smoothly, but it's what a business does to make it right that keeps you coming back. Impeccable customer service! ✨

The assistant even found the wiper in the car wash and I was told I would be reimbursed once I gave them an estimate of my damage. This happened in November and I have been back to the store several times and gotten the run around. It’s March and I haven’t had any response other than ‘it should be covered and you will receive an email’.

I’m the most patient person out there. I literally pinched my car 1 cm and she’s yelling through her window. They just don’t have this car wash organized, and the guy was also biased against my long nails the person working there just you could feel I’m not a good vibe of judgment . It’s a sign to go somewhere else
