  Needed a timely tire repair or replacement. These folks assessed and explained what had happened. Repaired the tire and I was on my way within an hour. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

  My experience with Franklin is nothing short of fantastic. I had a fuel leak and was pretty bad. Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. I didn’t expect to have a one day turn around and I am so very pleased with the quality of the work and great communication with the owner and crew! I will definitely recommend to others and will return in the future! Thank you so much Franklin Automotive!

  These guys treated me right!! I took my car to another place about 6 months ago to have work done and they couldn't even get the alignment right. Fast forward to now and everything is better since I came here!! Thanks guys!!!

  Called in for a tire mount and balance. I was told over the phone that mounting/balancing would only be done and to drive around for a few days and see if alignment needed to be done. Picked my car up and they had done an alignment charging me an extra $89. Nothing significant was changed in the alignement which the gentleman also agreed on. only side rear by .2-.3degrees. Unacceptable and didn't even offer to compensate for their mistake for a service that I didn't even want.
