    I left your facility, and my Jeep started smoking badly. I pulled into my driveway and found oil leaking out of my car. I was able to get my car back to the facility before any damage was done to the motor. I still had a small amount of oil on the dipstick. The manager was helpful and he did seem concerned about my issue, but after several hours, I am still really upset. I now have an oil streak that runs up my driveway that I will need to clean/ powerwash. My jeep is still burning the oil that spilled onto the motor and my jeep smells awful. There was a cloud of haze in my car before I was able to get back. All of this is unacceptable. This will be the last visit to one of your facilities with any of my cars.

    This Valvoline location is completely unprofessional and careless. I’ve been here several times for oil changes without problems, but my most recent visit was a disaster. The technician, Josiah, had no focus on the job. He spilled windshield washer fluid all over the side of my car and didn’t even bother to wipe it off. I had to get out and clean it myself while cameras were recording everything. That’s basic negligence. Then I was told they had to remove oil because too much had been put in — a mistake that should never happen at a professional oil change business. Because of this incompetence, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes longer than I should have. The so-called manager, Jose, didn’t solve the issue. Instead, he wasted time talking circles and trying to smooth things over instead of taking responsibility. That’s not leadership — that’s avoidance. I am also attaching pictures so you can see what I witnessed when they were draining the oil from my motor into their machine. This should not be happening, and it proves how careless the service was. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If you value your car and your time, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Valvoline location. They are careless, unprofessional, and not worth your money.
