Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. I didn’t expect to have a one day turn around and I am so very pleased with the quality of the work and great communication with the owner and crew! Took it back to Bruce. He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes. He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set. Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job. Knowingly we needed the car for work the next morning. All this was done at no charge because of the Franklin Auto guarantee.
