    100% A+ service. Rugby is the best . He was super pleasant and even stated call me anytime with questions! That’s what I’m here for !!! I’d highly recommend this place!!

    I'm a customer with lots of questions - renting a car can come with a little anxiety because you hear other horror stories. This place was awesome and I would drive out of my way to rent again from this enterprise because of the customer service. Rugby talked me through questions I had over the phone, listened really well, and also was kind and helpful with his responses. He helped us get a car that worked great for our trip and really I felt went above and beyond for us. I think the customer service by Rugby was excellent so I gave it 5 stars. Enterprise has always been a good choice for us and I would recommend the location here.

    Feels like a scam. The car I rented came with a 1/2 tank of gas. "Just return it 1/2 full," they say. How do you manage to fill an unfamiliar car's tank to 1/2? I guess they either get a little free gas or get to overcharge to fill it. Either way they win. They're now pursuing damages for a very minor scratch on the driver door. I guess it happened while the car was parked. Maybe it was there all along. I just don't trust them given the gas situation. My credit card insurance will cover the damages, but it's a hassle.
