  These guys took way too long. Be ready for an hour long oil change. Next time I’m just changing the oil myself in the autozone parking lot next door.

  Told me they filled up my tires - but then I had to go to Kwik Trip to fill them to what I asked afterward... everything else was good though

  I feel so bad for Kyle and his other employee that were running the entire show running both stalls. Their third employee, this cat named Russel, literally stood in front of one garage door window, pacing back and forth, did absolutely nothing to help Kyle and the other gentleman. Cars line backed up to the street, both shop stalls occupied, could have asked the other two if he could help them to make things easier or convenient, but legit stood their yawning (nothing wrong with yawning, but dude, cover your mouth when you yawn or cough) looking out the window. Literally so disrespectful to his coworkers and it’s apparent to customers he hates his job or hates being there. Hopefully he finds what he is looking for and the staff there get an employee that is at least a good sport about being there at work or at least mindfully productive. Wish that dude well…

  I waited an hour to get in and I was the first in my line. Valvoline needs an estimated wait time sign in front of their stores. or an escape route once you are in line. Most stores have no way out beside backing out which is ridiculous especially if there is a line. You are trapped. It doesn’t even seem safe.
