- RBRick Bengtson5 days ago3.0They were friendly and knowledgeable and clear about everything. They drained my oil and I had them do an engine cleaning for 7 minutes. But after the initial questions and engine cleaning process they basicly ignored me for almost 20 minutes before before someone decided to put the oil in my engine. One gentlemen asked about my vehicle bay, but the others did nothing while two guys serviced another vehicle. I think the whole business took over 30 minutes. I had an older vehicle and maybe they blew me off for that reason? Another vehicle was wating outside that whole time. I was surprised they waited that long. Maybe I am just from a different generation where things were simpler and done more efficiently? I remember in the past I would be in an out of oil change places in 10-15 minutes. I am older, but I think I could have changed my own oil faster myself.
