- MRMark RobertsNov 5, 20253.0I had 2 windshields replaced in 2 months with Safelite, first one was great , second I was the last service of the day , the technician dropped the 2 nuts in the engine compartment that held the wiper blades on , he asked me to go to the hardware store and get the nuts and put the wiper blades on myself. Not a huge deal except the nuts must be special because the standard nuts from the hardware store must be different than the nuts from Dodge because the protective caps don’t fit over the nuts. The nuts from Dodge were 16$. Nice polite guy though , think he just wanted to get home, he did say he would come back out if I got the nuts. Not the responsibility of the customer to get hardware and finish the job, so I can’t give 5 stars.

He did a wonderful repair job on my windshield and very personable. Additionally, I didn't have to pay a penny as it was through insurance and it's great to know there's a lifetime warranty on the repair as long as I own the vehicle. I would recommend Safelite to any of my friends and family.
