And not because I don't speak English because if I speak perfectly and he told me no that he didn't speak Spanish, if he is more Mexican than native Mexicans, it's incredible that our own community doesn't want to speak Spanish, and help each other, he asked me how people who don't speak English do, how sad and what a disappointment it took me today.

- JEjon ellingsonNov 28, 20161.0Rented Ball joint tool kit on Sunday afternoon, paid cash. Brought in around 12:30 pm on Monday and told they do not have enough cash in house to refund me, and offered no other help..just that the will call me when they have cash in store. I asked for management and or district manager... nothing.. was told they could not do anything til cash came into store. So i had to wait untill 7pm this eve to get refund...keep in mind this was $240..not just $5 or $10 bucks..PERHAPS Store manager should try a little harder and at least try to make something happen. I am small business owner and have multiple trucks that needs repairs often..my money will be spent elsewhere.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
