- CHCharlie HumphreyMay 7, 20241.0Customer service was terrible, have had this same propane tank on hour family farm sense 1968. After purchasing farm from family I contacted them to see what the deal of the tank was. The lady I had spoke with said there was no record of the tank. Now 3 years go by and I got an invoice for tank rental. Jason said because I only purchase 400 dollars of fuel a year I'm not worth having has a customer or I'd need to pay 260 dollars a year for tank rental on a 54 year old propane tank. (Had filled from someone else) they are not willing to work with me to resolve this issue. Now want there tank back because "I'm not worth it to them". Go with any other company if life long customer service is your goal.

- BMbrad muthMar 10, 20231.0Had an issue where they prebilled us, weeks later came and actually filled. When they finally did come, ended up filling 65 gallons less than the prebill. Called 3-4 times, had several employees agree with my concern, never got passed the manager. Nobody wanted to handle it. They lost what would have been a life long customer over a less than $200 discrepancy.
