  If there was 10 STARS as an option, ATC would be my very first 10 STAR rating on Google reviews!!!! Like many many other people in Southern WI, I experienced a bad accident during the Tornado/Storms on Friday April 17th. My SUV hydro-planed off Hwy 43 at 9pm. I had to abandon my car overnight due to the severe weather. It was a scary and frustrating situation. I contacted a very busy ATC on Saturday to ask for help towing my car. The team at their Elkhorn office was so incredibly friendly and genuinely compassionate about what I had been through during the accident. Even though they had many other people to help, Rob (the owner) and his team did not hesitate to offer their assistance. ATC retrieved my car immediately for me. Imagine my surprise when Rob told me there was absolutely zero damage done to the vehicle. I expected hundreds of dollars in repairs. I appreciated the honesty because I am certain other companies could have easily taken advantage of the situation. This accident went from a horrible nightmare, to the easiest, quickest most pleasant experience. I will GLADLY highly recommend American Truck Center to anyone in need of their services. YOU WON'T FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

  Colin was a great driver, very friendly and a relief to talk to. Apparently this is one of two places in the area that can tow over state lines, at least at the time I needed him to, and the other one I had called previously and couldn’t do it. They made it very easy to get my immediate problem solved and did it very gracefully and in a friendly manner.
