Before you go forward and read the negative part of this review instead of deleting it I decided to put this* at the front of it letting you know that my review is now changed to a five star from a one-star because of the service that I received from Isaiah Martinez a customer service representative that contacted me.
Not only was I promised a credit to my account I never received, their device killed my battery multiple times causing me to buy a new one and pay an unlock fee, but it also prevented my car from starting for almost a week in which I had to have it taken to the shop by my work and I could not use my car and had to pay for rides .to work but was still charged for intoxalock fees. His ridiculous that I am paying and talks a lot to be able to use my vehicle and it talks a lot of device prevented me from using my vehicle and they think there's nothing wrong with that

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock
How does an interlock device work?
An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. To read more on Intoxalock, you can read our ignition interlock device guide.
What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
The installation of an ignition interlock device, often called a car breathalyzer, typically costs between $70 and $150. This one-time fee is paid at the start of your lease and covers the service center's labor to install the device in your vehicle. Payment is made directly to the service center at the time of installation. For more on cost breakdowns, you can read our cost of ignition interlock device guide.
How do I use my interlock device?
Using an IID is simple. To start your vehicle, blow into the device as directed. If the device detects no alcohol, your car will start. You may be prompted for "rolling retests" while driving, where you’ll blow into the device again to confirm compliance. How-to videos are also available on the Intoxalock mobile app.

What happens if I fail a breath test on my ignition interlock device?
If you fail a breath test, your vehicle will not start, and the device will log the event. Depending on your state’s regulations, multiple failed tests may trigger additional penalties, such as lockouts or reporting to your monitoring authority.
