I recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto Eau Claire and left the experience disappointed, primarily due to pricing and transparency. During my initial visit, I was told I would receive a great deal because it was the end of the month, yet the lowest price they would agree to exceeded market value and my budget. Two weeks later, I noticed the vehicle listed on their website site for less than that the “lowest” price they could offer. After providing proof of the updated price, the salesman agreed to negotiate at that lower amount. I was told the vehicle was in great condition with no issues. However, after purchase, I discovered several problems despite it only being two years old, including missing floor mats, a dime size hole in the leather seats, a broken center console, a damaged rear wiper, and a missing plate bracket. While the dealership eventually addressed a couple of these items, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I acknowledge I could have inspected the vehicle more thoroughly, but I expected greater transparency and quality assurance when purchasing from a dealership. Unfortunately, this experience diminished what should have been an exciting purchase.

Gage, ( an employee at Prestige Auto in Eau Claire, WI ) was so kind and helpful to me…
I stopped to ask for help in finding a location within Eau Claire just the other day. He took the time to hand write out, in detail, directions that would be easy for me to follow.
Although my focus then wasn’t to purchase a car, Gage’s consideration and helpful kindness tells me that he would go out of his way to make sure you find the car that will be best for you.
Finding a car is a big deal….so it’s good to know that Gage will give you his best directions too!

Nick and Greg were such a delight to work with. No pressure Nick was always making sure I was satisfied with each step. It was a great experience and having been my very first purchase on my own I cannot send enough praises. A great experience it was. Thanks guys. 10 out of 10!!!!

I purchased my very first car, and I could not be more thankful for the staff at Prestige that helped me make it happen. I had an amazing experience thanks to Andrew, he is definitely one to make it worth buying a car!
