They kept me updated during the process via text and calls. When I picked up my car it was like brand new! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Gerber not only fixed up my car, but they also got my rental car and transportation to pick up the rental setup for me. I received updates via text and phone call through the entire process. - JDJoe DanielsOct 17, 20251.0Very bad experience. Long story short, vehicle in multiple times, without it for about a month total. All you hear is excuses. Completely unorganized and work done was far from professional. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Gerber collision.

- DBDavid BuchholzAug 19, 20251.0I was originally told that my repair in Eau Claire, WI would take 4-5 days so I secured a rental car for 5 days. On what should’ve been Day 3 of my repair, I got a call and was told my truck was just being brought in and the repair will start on what should be Day 4. So I had to secure my rental for another 3 days which was extra $300+ out my pocket. When I was told I could do I a survey to rate them, I stated the above fact when I was picking up my truck today and that it will cost myself an extra $300+. The comment I received was “I’m sorry to hear that”. No mention was made about trying to make it right. I have yet to receive a survey via text or email so I’m making my own survey here. Needless to say I won’t recommending Gerber to my friends…..instead I’ll be telling my friends to stay away from Gerber.
