But got yelled at tonight by a younger dark haired girl because “I was entering too fast” when I put my truck in neutral when the sign said to. Apparently was going to hit the vehicle in front of me and the hit the emergency stop, but then they resumed it. lol. Please check the cameras. I will be cancelling all my vehicles memberships.

I’ve tried multiple vacuum stations and while they are on they barely do anything. They need to fix this. I suggest Mister carwash, they maintain their stuff very well

The last 2 times I went there, beginning of Feb, I believe and now today. Both times website said it was open, so thought I could stop and get my car washed beings I was in EC. I got there and it said closed for the day, maintenence. I couldn't even vacuum my car! The way it's going, I will not get my money's worth as I'll be lucky to get 2 or 3 washes out of 1 month... which is WAY too expensive!

Tried to vacuum my car before the wash and most of the vacuums don't work. When I did finally get to the payment window, the attendant was very flippant and rude. "They're probably jammed. Come back and report it..." What do you think I'm doing now! They want to charge $15 more for an undercarriage rinse!! I'll be going to Kwik Trip after this for a great complete wash for $9.00 not $12 basic + $15 just to get my undercarriage salt washed off! They obviously couldn't give a crap about the customer. Just what ever they can get out of you. Got home and found a nice SCRATCH on the back hatch door of my wife's car that wasn't there before the wash.
