While waiting in the approval line, we were patient and stayed put while an employee with red dyed hair was helping another customer ahead of us. After sending that person through, the employee began mouthing “you can go, you can go” while rolling her eyes and acting irritated—despite the gate still being down, so we physically couldn’t move forward yet. The attitude was unnecessary and rude, especially since we were doing exactly what we were supposed to do and waiting our turn. Customer service like that really takes away from what should be a simple experience.

- AKAllison KlempNov 10, 20255.0I started coming to Tommy’s after becoming a Mom. What drew me here initially was that they have a free mat wash that you can use even without purchasing a car wash. I’m all about convenience and they were not going to get cleaned without this service to be honest. It’s super easy just to drive up, have the vacuums ready and available, and pull your car through the wash. On occasion, the employees will even give you a free detailing kit, which has cleaning wipes in it. Thank you to Brennan for hooking me up with one today as I had forgotten my Armor All wipes at home!!
