  Normally I don’t say much or give review’s from my experience most business don’t respond but after seeing all the comments I thought I would say something I rented a truck a week after college move out II ask at the counter who does there detailing cause they should be fired think my kid could do a better job since he helps me around my detailing shop bug guts all over windshield / front of truck looks like they just got back from driving around the world with it as nasty as it was the boss reply saying that they been really busy with college move out he says I know it no excuse It may have never been vacuumed or wiped down. The windshield wipers were falling apart, Worse part was dropping it back off the clerk argued. That I went over on miles kinda funny cause I didn’t even drive it after picking it up going out to my storage unit filled it the truck up drove two rolls down to put it in my other storage unit very difficult an unpleasant rental experience. I do not recommend this location.

  Terrible experience, the truck was not clean. It may have never been vacuumed or wiped down. The windshield wipers were falling apart and some gross old shoe liners were under the driver seat. The front driver wheel made a high pitch squel every time you turned left. I doubt they ever do test runs or safety checks between rentals. Worse part was dropping it back off immediately after filling it at the holiday less than a mile away. Truck was parked on a steep incline and the heavy weighing clerk argued that the tank was just below full. He even told me "No, you did not just fill it up" accusing me of lying. I asked him to turn the truck around on the hill cause i know it was full. He wouldn't turn the truck around but then didn't charge me to fill it up!? Why would he argue with me about this just to end up not charging me for the extra gas? I rented and returned the truck from the same location. I reserved a mini van just to be told they don't have one when i showed up and got a big box truck instead. Over all it was very difficult an unpleasant rental experience. I do not recommend this location.
