- JOJuvenal OcampoDec 8, 20251.0I was on need of an iid so I when on line and found intoxalock ignition interlock, I had everything set up for an installations, I was told if I couldn’t make it on time I was going charged if i changed my appointment I was going to be charged, I make it on time but the device wasn’t, they didn’t sent as the technician suggested, I make it on time they make me loose my time and my ride is time, the technician was nice and all but they sent me to someone is garage with not space to work on it or waiting space, he would have to work on the out door on very cold conditions the place was not very professional putting it on nice words, how can you expect someone doing this with out rushing because of it because of the bad weather conditions?! The technician was nice and all but it was not a good place to go too. I call the company to ask what happened? Why they didn’t had this ready for my arrival as it was scheduled, but I got yelled instead and the guy hang up on me refusing to transfer me with the manager, it was not pleasant at all, a few minutes later it click on my head and decided that this was not the best option if I was going to get threatened like that.

I haven't driven in almost 4 years and took it out for 20 minutes of practice...everything seems to be running great for now. Time will tell as to how ridiculous any complications in the winter may be.
