Staff at the service center were friendly, but didn't put my plug back in all the way and my car leaked oil all over my garage. Very frustrating when paying $130 for a synthetic oil change. Trying to get ahold of someone in customer service took me almost a month. Multiple calls and emails. Never again.

I took it in for my routine oil change a few weeks ago, and the guy that was working on the truck seemed to be very inexperienced. When They finished the oil change, I drove off and made it about a mile down the road before my engine light came on and my truck started making this terrible noise. Turns out they forgot to put oil in the truck. You would think that people working at a shop that is literally designated for oil changes would know how to change the oil. I called customer service because I’m concerned about the health of my engine after this and they said I would get a call back. That was three weeks ago now and I still have nothing. I almost forgot to mention that because of my hassle, they gave me $25 off my next oil change. That doesn’t benefit me at all because I never plan on coming back to an oil change place that doesn’t know how to change oil. Thanks, grease monkey

Fast and efficient with a great personality. All the monkeys were very nice . Your prices and service were phenomenal.
