    Always a great experience! The guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick! I go to the Mercantile Dr location and only get my oil changed at Grease Monkey!

    Super duper fast yet I felt they were doing a thorough job. Checked things other than my oil and were helpful in picking out the right oil for my car. I’ll be back.

    Worst oil change I’ve ever had. They didn’t grease the chassis because they don’t have a grease gun. Then they didn’t even know it was a diesel engine at first and almost put the wrong oil in. Also they didn’t check cabin air filter or air filter and said they weren’t sure if they put the fuel filter on correct They didn’t even offer a fuel filter with the oil change originally; I had to recommend it. Worst experience for an oil change ever. They are very unorganized and without all the equipment todo the work completely. Now I have to bring my vehicle in to another service station to look over the work I just paid for just to ensure it was done properly. Would be best to use another shop until they get the equipment and education to do the work.

    Exceptional people and service! I appreciate them for their knowledge and help. They went above and beyond with an issue that came up after I left. It had absolutely nothing to do with their work, but they told me what part I needed and put it in for me after I bought the part. And it was all within the same hour or close to it. Many thanks to them.
