Satisfied with the work; just not the experience and wait time. Generally, would recommend the other location on Highland; only went here because my coupons weren’t valid at both locations. In the long run, I don’t know that it was worth my time to save $20-$30.

We had to drive slowly across town to get back to the shop, where we were then made to wait before they addressed the problem. As a result, we missed a dinner reservation with our family. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or concern about making the situation right. We will not be returning.
