Told them what model I had of snow blower, rep responded “yeah that means nothing to me, what do you want” i said its not starting, its trying to with electric start but wont turn over fully, said “yeah we have a lot in front of you, it will probably be several weeks” i get you’re busy but pretty horrible way to respond to a customer. I got off the phone right away. Didn't provide the name of the person who answered the phone but wouldn’t want to give them my business

After contacting them on that Friday they said they would have done at the end of the day. Never called or responded. Kid owns a business and couldn't mow all weekend! Lost alot of money!
