  We were so very pleased with the service we received. They went above what they could. We just couldn't stretch the payment to work for us. We really appreciated all of the attention we did receive while we're there. We will be back!!

  Very good experience purchasing a new class. B motorhome there yesterday. Everything was handled in a straightforward way right up to the final closing. I would buy here again.

  This was hands down the best camping world I’ve been to. The woman at the service counter was so incredibly helpful; due to her knowledge I was able to make selections that I am very happy to have made. Great place!

  This is going to be a lengthy review so if you don't have time the short of it is they are FANTASTIC!!!! Our sales journey started with Tyler, our salesman on the floor. Tyler worked diligently to find us a small camper that could be pulled by our Subaru Wilderness Outback. This is no easy task, but he matched us step per step on the research and answered all of our questions very quickly via text message which was easier for us and we got the job done! The second person that helped us during our journey was Antoine, in the parts in retail department, but he stepped in with a million dollar smile and so graciously took us through the camper we had ordered. During our walk around we found a couple of things that maybe wasn't the perfect fit for us and without hesitation he reminded us that we need to be happy and everyone at camping world is there to make sure that whatever camper we go home with is going to be the perfect fit. He worked with us to identify the things that we needed that we didn't catch the first time around and together with Nick from finance and Sharilyn, the service advisor, we found an incredible camper that fit all of our needs! We appreciate Nick so very much, he was a straight shooter from the get. We told him exactly what we were willing to pay for the camper and he came back no more than 5 minutes later with everything we asked for! On top of helping us find the perfect camper, our service tech, Mike, is a miracle worker and made us a custom valance to go over the back window by the bed. This gentleman went above and beyond in so many ways. I don't even know where to begin. Helped fix all of the cosmetic concerns that I could point out and I am a very picky person. Never was there a hesitation to do whatever they could as a team to make our experience at camping world the best it could be!! Mike also worked to make sure that the braking system installed on my car was done correctly and to the manufacturer's specs and he took extra time to run through how the braking system works, including helping me set it up on my phone! I truly felt like the entire team went above and beyond to make our experience what it was and we will absolutely return to the Eau Claire Camping World for our camping needs in the future! A huge thank you to Mike our magical teck! Tyler our salesman, Antoine, our parts, retail and customer service aficionado, Nick, our finance point man and Sharilyn our incredible service advisor! I hope upper management recognizes these five people. It is because of people like them, that businesses achieve a great reputation and keep families coming back for years to come! Thank you team! We will be back again!

  EDIT - funny i notice the owner only responds to the 5 star reviews, that should tell you everything you need to know. If you want to get treated like shit and have some dude with bad breath tell you bullshit for an hour, then go here. I was ready for some of the regular sales crap eveyrone would expect, but I wasn't prepared for the 100% bullshit sales techniques and fake bullshit the guy was trying to tell us. We went in to look at 3 specific used campers that were posted on the website, and it took almost an act of congress to get the dude to take us up to the upper lot so we could see one of them. No, we didn't make an appointment, didn't know we were still under Covid rules where everything needs an appointment. It was a cold day, and seemed like that was enough to not try to sell us a camper, which by the way was full of mouse poop after they allegedly did their 60 point inspection etc etc. The other 2 campers, took an hour to figure out they weren't even there anymore. What a waste of our time. Wish i never heard of camping world and never went there. Couldn't figure out whether he thought it was good to buy a camper or not - we heard "New ones are cheaper than used" which by my math, was not true at all. Also - "Once you drive it home they all basically fall apart, driving down the road is like a 2.2 earthquake, it's all gonna rattle apart" why would we buy one after the sales guy is sitting there telling us "yeah it's all gonna fall apart, not IF but WHEN". Seriously? So disappointed, it may have been different with a different sales person. He did the typical "what's your budget" and when I told him what we wanted to spend (because I'm not going to tell him our budget) he decided that wasn't enough to waste his time on. I though $20K could get us a pretty nice camper, but apparently that wasn't worth his time. And yes, I'm telling anyone who asks not to go there, period.
