  I came to get an oil change and followed the “Oil Change” sign to the back bay doors. I was the only customer car on the lot at the time, and was sat waiting for at least 5 minutes watching one employee in the building presumably talking to others in the building, on his phone for a couple of those minutes. I know he saw me because we made eye contact (or he at the very least saw the car), and he just stood there like I caught him with his pants down or something. Absolutely frozen for like 10 seconds. Sit and count how long 10 seconds actually is. Didn’t take a SINGLE step to open the garage door or to come help, so I left. Will never be back.

  The service tech who handled the transaction clearly had an attitude from the moment i pulled in and immediately began complaining about the number of customers that day (it was noon and I had NO wait… so it wasn’t that busy and I was under the impression that more business was a good thing?) He also thought it would be appropriate to argue loudly with another employee from across the bay. He did not reset my indicator and did not check my lights or filters. After leaving there was a strong burning oil smell. I pulled over to check under my hood and they had spilled oil all over the exhaust. It was a mess. Hopefully it was just a bad day for these guys but their attitudes, laziness and quality of work and service were unacceptable. I will not be returning and will let others know to be wary. Go at your own risk
