- ARAlyna ReiterNov 5, 20251.0I would highly recommend not giving Valvoline your business. I was there for 3 hours despite just getting an oil change and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours, a manager came in and told me I was stuck on the lift. After another 1.5 hours, they asked me for MY car jack to lift it, put a jacket between my car and lift to not scratch the underside, and then back off. They took only $30 off, and pretended to accept my coupon although it didn’t apply. I paid, because it was not the techs faults. I called customer service for a refund, and the area manager declined twice. They gave me a free oil change next time, despite me never wanting to return. This business model only cares about profit and not their customer.

Do yourself a favor and tell them you’re in a hurry otherwise you’ll sit there for an hour like I did while they stand around and actively avoid doing the work they are being told to do by their teammates. 2 stars bc at least they got it done.
