  The service tech who handled the transaction clearly had an attitude from the moment i pulled in and immediately began complaining about the number of customers that day (it was noon and I had NO wait… so it wasn’t that busy and I was under the impression that more business was a good thing?) He also thought it would be appropriate to argue loudly with another employee from across the bay. He did not reset my indicator and did not check my lights or filters. After leaving there was a strong burning oil smell. I pulled over to check under my hood and they had spilled oil all over the exhaust. It was a mess. Hopefully it was just a bad day for these guys but their attitudes, laziness and quality of work and service were unacceptable. I will not be returning and will let others know to be wary. Go at your own risk

  It was a crazy long wait. I understand places are understaffed, but I think the second bay should be closed in that scenario (cause then you'd at least know to expect to wait). I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes in the bay for just an oil change (that was AFTER I made it in the bay and they had started working on my car). There was only one person ahead of me in line. This was the longest oil change I have ever had especially considering there weren't a lot of other customers
