  Unbelievably wonderful experience! KayKay, Tracy, Eric, Tim, Kurt, Nate and anyone we dealt with, if I forgot your name, please know we include you too; excellent bunch of well adjusted professionals. Best experience we have EVER had out of 40 years of camping and campers and camper dealers, twelve of them full time. These professionals bent over backwards to do what they needed to do to get us what we needed. Very knowledgeable, respectful and considerate of our particular situation. These people know what they talk about and help you understand what needs to be done. They do their job well, I can't say enough about the care and compassion they have for what they do as individuals and a team. We will never go anywhere else because as much as they work with you to get it done, you will enjoy working with everyone of them, and they help you understand their process as well. Very very awesome staff and all are professionals here. We found our forever store and crew! Thanks so much for all of you and your assistance in our unique situation.   Worst customer experience from signing to after sales service and customer support. We bought a camper that took over 1 month to delivery and only upon constant push. No one ever calls back when leaving a message at the reception. When showing up on location it we have been send constantly around the house. Dont buy if you expect any service here.

  This was our 3rd camper purchase, 1st with Camping World. I was pleasantly surprised with this process. We arrived to look at a specific Keystone Cougar and were introduced to Bentley. He was knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us a much better trade in value than Kunes RV right across the street. The sales team kept in touch until we were scheduled to pick up our new camper. Shawn in the service department went above and beyond during our walk through. He made sure we went over anything we didn't have on our previous camper and answered all our questions. Finally, Tracy in financing was great as well. She explained warranty options thoroughly and had prices ready to go for each option. We had not heard great things about Camping World in the past but I was very happy with this process overall and we are thrilled with our new camper!

  Buying a new camper at camper world is a great experience. It is a beautiful facility housing a many campers to choose from and the sales employees are very kind and courteous without any annoyance. Meaning they dont hunt you down in the store. I had a good time browsing around with my family without being bugged . When we did talk to our sales person (Adam Meinke) is a great salesman. He knows his stuff about campers. Great guy!! Along with other people i met like the manager David was very kind.also. All employees including the parts dept. were very helpful. I was all over that store in deforest wi and I- we had a good time as a family buying our new huge 36' travel trailer. Thanks camping world family/workers. Recommended to anyone.

  Most of the workers were really nice. Absolutely love the camper we got. Not happy that we paid for the extra package and were told our propane tanks were filled. First camping trip our heat lasted about 4 hours and the tanks were empty. Also when we were talking price they said they were gonna keep it under 250/month ended up being 360 a month when all said and done. And before we finalized purchase we were told a second battery was gonna be included and we never received it. Customer service was good and sales lady was good.would maybe recommend them if we wouldn't have ran into those 3 problems.
