Moment I went inside in a complete panick he immediately went out of his way to help me & even took my tire off, plugged it, added fix a flat & even added air back into my tire. Absolutely the nicest man here made sure to plug my tire so I didn't have to drive on a spare. A million stars if I could.

Customer service rep, Jeff, helped me select the correct bulb and even installed it for me! Unfortunately the battery needed to be moved and the old bulb was bent. Jeff did a fantastic job and I am grateful that he was the guy who helped me today. I just don’t understand why his manager was up in his grill after Jeff was assisting me for about 1 minute. It wasn’t busy, I was the only customer. The manager needs to let his guys help customers. I thought that’s what Autozone does. At least Jeff does, and I thank him.
