  They are extremely nice and very thorough. We got a very detailed estimate for fixing up/restoring our 1998 Minnie Winnie. While we chose to not go ahead and do the work, it was important to us to know the details so we could make the right decision for us. We would definitely come here again if we need future work done on our new used RV!

  Our experience with Custom RV was filled with lies and lack of integrity. We were lied to about their experience with airstreams and billed double their estimated cost without warning of costs increasing. Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it’s not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we’ve considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor. Overall, we had an awful experience and have had to tell others to put their trust in another company.

  Bought a coach with new fridge in it that was installed by them it was taken back not working 3 days after installed, told was fixed, I took possession of coach right after and in the fall on our maiden voyage to door county NO working fridge found burnt wires, took it back in they told me it was out of warranty and said that they fixed the burnt wires and charged me took the coach home parked it for the winter months and brought it out in the spring only to find out no working fridge called them and again was given the same thing OUT OF WARRANTY took it back in when we got back like they told me to and now they have had the coach with the same problem NO FRIDGE for over 3 weeks and when calling them keep getting told this week and the last call they were to get it in that day and was told they would call me that afternoon, wow I don't have lots of money in fact live on disability and sacrifice a lot to get the coach now to be treated this way is in my opinion BAD BUSINESS.
