While we chose to not go ahead and do the work, it was important to us to know the details so we could make the right decision for us. We would definitely come here again if we need future work done on our new used RV!
- RRRichard RJul 26, 20255.0As a full time RV'er, when the need for emergency service is needed, Custom RV Services has always come through for me, and this last emergency visit was no exception. I highly recommend them. This last visit, the awning motor needed replacing. Three techs were put on the job, they had me in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes. They performed a full service testing & inspection (I'm a retired HVAC service tech) having checked the awning spring as well as testing the operation of the awning, the fabric, the awning tube, and support brackets.

We were lied to about their experience with airstreams and billed double their estimated cost without warning of costs increasing. Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it’s not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we’ve considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor. Overall, we had an awful experience and have had to tell others to put their trust in another company.
