Got service today and I saved hundreds on repairs that he just outright was honest about not needing. This isn't some naive position - i work on the car too, so I share in that and I have a decent idea of what I'm talking about and yeah - dude was straightforward and didn't rush in to greet me like some kind of ATM. They made a customer for life today.
