I waited for almost an hour only to be told that emissions testing is only done in the bay that I was not in and the only option was to circle around and get back in line. There should be signage to inform people where to go for emissions if there is only one bay for this service and the team should be asking those waiting in line what services are needed to avoid unnecessary wait times.
